Juggling Ideas for the 4th of July

Every year for the 4th of July, Darren and I have a little juggling showdown at the Ephrata Church of the Brethren. One of the rounds is a new act. I still don't know what I am going to do for my new act yet. Here are my ideas so far. Let me know if you like any of them. I may be adding stuff to this list so you may want to check back periodically. Click Read More to see the list of ideas.
  • Juggling balls and Poi at the same time - Also I may make poi out of seat-belts to go with this song
  • Coin Flip - You know that trick where you put a stack of coins on your elbow and than catch it. I think that could be expanded to an act.
  • Tray Spinning - it's harder than it looks. I still can't do it.
  • Ringabolo - I have the necessary ingredients.
  • Andy Kaufman - Here I come to save the day - This could be a simple and fun juggling routine, but I am not sure how it would go over.
  • Dance with Juggling - I've done this sort of thing before, but this is kind of my go to idea when I need something. My next dance thought  Shufflin'
  • Sports - easy idea, juggling sports items. I have already done a tennis routine. I could do something with basketball or soccer or any other sport you can think of.
  • Harry Potter - I am always told that i look like him, so maybe I should just embrace it and come up with a Potter themed routine.
  • Backwards mask - I don't know what kind of effects i could get by facing backwards
Ideas where I would have to build or buy some new prop
  • Angry Birds - It's all about throwing birds around with slingshots. I think there could be a juggling routine in there, plus they sell those angry bird dolls everywhere.
  • Orthogonal Boards - I always think these routines are cool when i see them.
  • Magnets - I would juggle in a doorway with electromagnets on the top and switches near the bottom. I would juggle metal balls and i could make them stick to the ceiling and drop when I wanted them to. I think I could make some interesting patterns with this.
  • Rube Goldberg machine - I would make some kind of small machine that I had to keep feeding in balls and catch them on the way out.
  • buugeng - these look cool
